Procedure
- Buyer confirm soft offer, send ICPO with BCL for soft probe
- Seller send the FCO, buyer sign it and return
- Seller send a draft contract, open for amendments
- Buyer accepts then signs and return sign contract
- Buyer send bank guarantee for 1 month payment from top 25 bank
- Delivery will be scheduled as agreed after seller received bank info
